Dr. Tidu Mankoo

Dr. Tidu Mankoo qualified with a BDS from the University of Bristol in 1981 and has a renowned Private & Referral Practice in Windsor, UK, treating Implant, Restorative and Aesthetic cases, particularly complex cases. He has built a reputation for exceptional dentistry and carries out both the surgical, periodontal and prosthetic aspects of his cases. He is an active member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the International Society of Dental Ceramics, the Association of Dental Implantology (UK), the European Association of Osseointegration (EAO), Fellow of the International College of Dentists (FICD), and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
He is the current President of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and a founder and Past President of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry. He has served on the Editorial Board of a number of journals and currently the European Journal of Esthetic Dentistry from Quintessence. He is a respected teacher with numerous publications, a sought-after international speaker particularly in the field of Dental Implants, Aesthetic Dentistry and management of complex cases. He lectures and gives courses regularly all over the world and continues to publish on a regular basis.

Dental degree from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich. 1994 – 1996 Assistant to Prof Dr Dr Peter Fuchs in Munich. After several clinical electives abroad, 1996 set up in private praxis in Tegernsee. 1996 establishment of Dental Training Centre in Tegernsee (Z.a.T. Fortbildings GmbH) for international dental congresses and practical courses.
In 2001, he became the first Specialist for Esthetic Dentistry (DGÄZ) in Germany and is also a Specialist for Implantolgy (EDA).
Dr Marquardt is a member of many national and international specialist associations and is Vice President and Chairman if the Certifying Commission of the DGÄZ. He lectures regularly internationally.

Dr. Siegfried Marquardt

Prof. Dr. Dr. Robert Marx

Robert E. Marx, DDS, Professor of Surgery and Chief of the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, is well known as an educator, researcher, and innovative surgeon. He has pioneered new concepts and treatments for pathologies of the oral and maxillofacial area as well as new techniques in reconstructive surgery. His many prestigious awards, including the Harry S. Archer Award, the William J. Giles Award, the Paul Bert Award, and the Donald B. Osbon Award, attest to his dedication and commitment to the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. His recent textbook "Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. A Rationale for Diagnosis and Treatment" has also won the American Medical Writers Associations Prestigious Book of the year Award and his most recent textbook "Platelet Rich Plasma: Dental and Craniofacial Applications" has just been released.

Dr. Domenico Massironi

Dr. Domenico Massironi was born on September 1st, 1954 in Melegnano, Milan, Italy. He graduated with honours in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pavia and specialized in Dentistry at the same University with honours too.
He has held numerous courses and congresses both nationally and internationally.
He is Diplomate of ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists) Active Member of EAED (European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry) and Active Member of AMED (the academy of microscope enhanced dentistry).
Dr. Massironi has a well established private practice in Melegnano where he specialized in Implantology and Prosthesis.
He has published several articles and two books, among which "Precision in prosthetic restoration", written in co-operation with the dental technicians Mr. Alberto Battistelli and Mr. Romeo Pascetta published by Quintessence and "Precision in dental esthetics" written in co-operation with Mr. Romeo Pascetta and Giueppe Romeo published by Quintessence translated in numerous languages.

Dr. Domenico Massironi

Born in 1967. Completing his dental technician training in Speyer am Rhein.
In 1993 his first contact with complex implant supported restorations in Honolulu. Masters degree earned in Berlin in 1996. Since 1995 he operates his own dental laboratory in Berlin, which is becoming a center of exchange and education with emphasize on new concepts in the "world of dental techniques". Major specialties comprise function, all ceramic restorations and implant supported superstructures in close cooperation with the patient and the dentist considering aesthetic aspects. Creation of a concept to rehabilitate patients showing hard- and soft tissue deficiencies with a fixed implant-supported superstructure (PBLG-Structure).
Being appointed as a member of Oral Design in 2003. Founding member of "dental excellence- International Laboratory Group".

Dr. Konrad Meyenberg

Konrad H. Meyenberg graduated at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He afterwards completed his 4-year post-graduate program in reconstructive dentistry in Zurich at the department for fixed and remouvable prosthodontics and material sciences (chairman: Prof. Peter Schärer). His special areas of interests are perioprosthetics, adhesive dentistry, esthetic prosthodontics and implant dentistry.
He maintains a private practice limited to esthetic reconstructive dentistry in Zurich, Switzerland. Senior lecturer at the Universitis of Zurich, Dental Schools. Speaker at numerous international congresses. He published numerous articles in the fields of esthetic dentistry, perio-prosthodontics and implant prosthodontics.
Active Member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the Academy of Osseointegration and the Swiss Society of Reconstructive Dentistry. He is a certified specialist for Reconstructive Dentistry of the Swiss and European Dental Society. Prof. Dr. Jörg Meyle

Prof. Dr. med. dent. habil. Joerg Meyle, born 1953 in Esslingen/Germany, studied dentistry from 1975 to 1980 at the University of Tuebingen. 1984 he finished his thesis on the tactile sensibility of dental implants. From 1981-1984 he also performed a postgraduate education in oral surgery and periodontics. 1982-1984 he received additonal training in the research lab of the Dept. of Hematology and Oncology of the Childrens Hospital at the University of Tuebingen.
From 1981 to 1994 he was staff member of the Poliklinik fuer zahnaerztliche Chirurgie and Parodontologie in the Zentrum für Zahn-, Mund- und Kieferheilkunde of the University of Tuebingen, from 1992 to 1994 as an assistant professor (Oberarzt).
In various research projects he investigated basic principles of the host response in periodontal infections, which was the topic of his thesis for habilitation in dentistry (ph.D. thesis).
He is author and coauthor of more than 130 papers published in international peer-reviewed journals as well as 6 book chapters and one monography.
Since October 1994 Prof. Meyle is the director of the Department of Periodontology at the Medizinische Zentrum fuer Zahn-, Mund- und Kieferheilkunde of the Justus-Liebig-University of Giessen.
As a member in numerous scientific organizations he was appointed into the editorial board of the "Journal of Clinical Periodontology" and the "Journal of Periodontal Research" as well as the "Deutsche Zahnaerztliche Zeitschrift" and "Oralprophylaxe". Since 2000 he is also co-editor of the "Parodontologie" and since 2004 co-editor of the "Perio" journal.
In 2001 he was Sigurd Ramfjord visiting professor in the Department of Periodontics, Prevention and Geriatrics at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor, Michigan (USA).
From 1994 to 2003 he was board member of the Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Parodontologie (German Society of Periodontology) and from 1998-2002 president of the society. In 2003 he was the head of the organizing team and president of Europerio 4.
Since 1996 he is German Delegate in the board of the European Federation of Periodontology and was elected into the Executive Committee of the EFP. 2007-2008 he was President of the EFP.

Univ. Prof. Dr. Andreas Moritz ist seit über 13 Jahren auf dem Gebiet der Laserzahnheilkunde tätig und zählt zu den Pionieren dieser innovativen Technik im europäischen Raum. Bereits vor geraumer Zeit erkannte er die Vorzüge der Laseranwendung und begann deren Effekte im Rahmen zahlreicher wissenschaftlicher Untersuchungen näher zu erforschen. Prof. Dr. Moritz etablierte die Laserbehandlung an der Universitätszahnklinik Wien, die mittlerweile zu den weltweit führenden Zentren dieses Gebietes zählt. Im Rahmen zahlreicher Kongresse und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen vermittelt er sein Wissen einem interessierten Publikum aus aller Welt.

Prof. Dr. Frauke Müller

Frauke Müller is professor and chair for gerodontology and removable prosthodontics at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, since 2003. She graduated in dentistry from the University of Bonn, Germany and later worked in the Prosthetic Department of the University of Mainz. She further spent several years at the London Hospital Medical College, England in a research program in gerodontology.

Professor Müller served on the board of many professional associations: German Society of Gerostomatology, European College of Gerodontology, Geriatric Oral Research Group of the IADR. She is Associate Editor of Gerodontology. Her research activity is mainly related to gerodontology, oral function as well as complete dentures.

CDT Klaus Müterthies

Born 1943 in Gütersloh, education as an dental-technician. Klaus Müterthies has his own laboratory, which he use for experimental work and for postgraduate courses.
He has been invited to hold courses abroad in USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Asia and the most European countries. From 1991-1992 he had a teaching asighnment at the Private University Witten/Herdecke.

Klaus Müterthies is author of four books and three videofilms published by Quintessence, Berlin, and one book published by himself. Topic: Ceramic work.
