Luigi Galasso, MD-DDS, was born in Naples, Italy, 04-08-1957. Graduated with honours in 1983, University of Naples "Federico II", Medical School. Specialization in Dentistry, same University in 1986. Studied as a Resident with the late Mario Martignoni, Professor of Prosthetic Dentistry and Dean of the School of Rome "Torvergata".
Full time University assistant, University of Naples "Federico II" Dept. of Prosthetic Dentistry, 1988-1997. Visiting Professor in many Italian and foreign Universities.
Private practice limited to Prosthetic Dentistry and Dental Implants established in Naples in 1984.

Jean-Louis Giovannoli, DDS

CDT Christian Gnan

Christian Gnan, geboren 1958 in Auerbach in der Oberpfalz, entwickelte bereits von Kindesbeinen an ein großes Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen. Er machte diese Neigung zum Beruf und ergriff 1981 nach dem Studium der Nachrichtentechnik den Beruf des Zahntechnikers.

Maßgeblich beeinflusst wurde er durch die Zusammenarbeit (1988–1992) mit Michael H. Polz, dessen Biomechanisches Aufwachskonzept die Basis seiner weiteren Arbeit wurde. Die im dentalen Bereich immer wiederkehrende Problematik der Farbgestaltung veranlasste ihn, eine eigene Farbenlehre für Zahntechniker zu konzipieren (1991) und sie im Rahmen von Kursen und Vorträgen weiterzugeben. Es folgten Veröffentlichungen im In- und Ausland zur Farbenlehre und verschiedenen anderen zahntechnischen Themen. 1993 wurde er Redaktionsmitglied der "Quintessenz Zahntechnik".

Dr. Ronald Goldstein

Dr. Ronald Goldstein is currently Clinical Professor of Oral Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry, Augusta, Georgia, Adjunct Clinical Professor of Prosthodontics at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, and an Adjunct Professor of Restorative Dentistry at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Goldstein has presented continuing education courses at more than twenty universities and lectured at over 500 dental meetings in the United States, Canada, South America, Australia, the Orient and throughout Europe. He is a contributor to ten published texts and author of the text "Esthetics In Dentistry", published by B. C. Decker. He is co-author of other texts, including "Bleaching Teeth", "Porcelain Laminate Veneers", "Porcelain and Composite Inlays & Onlays", "Complete Dental Bleaching", and "Imaging in Esthetic Dentistry" - all published by Quintessence Publishing Company. His best-selling consumer book for the public entitled "Change Your Smile", now in its third edition, is also published by Quintessence, and has been read by over l,000,000 people and has been translated into seven languages.

Susanne Graak

Dr. Stefano Gracis

Dr. Gracis received his D.M.D. degree in 1986 from the University of Pennsylvania, (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA) and, in 1987, from the University of Pavia (Pavia, Italy). In 1990, he obtained the certificate in Prosthodontics with an M.S.D. degree at the University of Washington in Seattle under the guidance of Dr. Ralph Yuodelis. He then returned to Milan, Italy, where he has been working ever since in private practice limiting his activity to prosthodontics and restorative dentistry. From 1998 to 2004, he was a guest lecturer at the University of Parma (Parma, Italy). He belongs as active member to the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED) and he is the current President of the Italian Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry (AIOP). He has contributed several articles in the field of restorative dentistry and he is a frequent lecturer on topics related to fixed prosthodontics and implant prosthodontics.

Dr. Ueli Grunder

Dr. Ueli Grunder received his DMD degree from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, in 1982. His post-graduate education in advanced fixed prosthodontics also came from the University of Zurich, where he is senior lecturer since 1987. He is a certified specialist for reconstructive dentistry.
He maintains a private practice together with Thomas Gaberthüel since 1989 in Zollikon-Zurich and has published numerous papers and extensively lectured nationally and internationally on the surgical and prosthetic aspects of implant dentistry.
Dr. Grunder is Past-President of the Swiss Society of Oral Implantology (SSOI) and Past-President of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED).

Prof. DDr. Ingrid Grunert

Prof. Dr. Kishor Gulabivala

Kishor graduated from Birmingham (1980) and spent 3 years in NHS general dental practice in London. Having obtained the MSc in Conservative Dentistry at the Eastman (1983/84), he spent a further two years as a Registrar in the Department. His Lectureship in Conservative Dentistry began in 1987, during which he completed his higher training in Restorative Dentistry, whilst setting up and running the MSc in Endodontics. He was appointed Consultant in Restorative Dentistry in 1994 and entered the Specialist lists in Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics and Endodontics in 2000. His PhD (2004) was on microbiology of root canal flora. He is currently Training Programme Director for Restorative Dentistry and Chairman of the Specialist Training Committee for London.

Prof. Kishor Gulabivala

Dr. Galip Gürel

Dr. Galip Gürel graduated from the University of Istanbul, Dental School in 1981. He continued his education at the University of Kentucky, Department of Prosthodontics. Received his MSc degree from Yeditepe University in, Istanbul.
Dr. Gürel is the founder and the honorary president of EDAD (Turkish Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry).
He is a member of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics (ASDA) and the honorary diplomate of the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry (ABAD) as well as an active member and the Vice-President of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED).
He is also the editor-in-chief of the Quintessence Magazin in Turkey and on the editorial board of the AACD journal, PPAD (Practical Procedure & Aesthetic Dentistry), EJED and Spectrum.
He has been lecturing on dental aesthetics all over the world and giving post graduate lectures on aesthetics at the New York University, New York and Yeditepe University in Turkey.
He is the author of "The Science and Art of Porcelain Laminate Veneers" published by Quintessence publications in 2003.
He has been practicing in his own clinic in Istanbul, specializing in Aesthetic Dentistry, since 1984.
A reknown sportsman, Dr. Gürel has been the Captain of the Turkish National Team of Water Polo for 110 times, a World Champion of the Camel Trophy and a participant of the Paris-Dakar Rally.
